This range of match rods has revolutionised the design of multi length rods. Historically multi length rods use an extension that fits between the butt and middle section. This has a detrimental effect on both the action and balance of the blank at its longer length. 

The LXL rods are supplied with two butt sections and an additional number three section that converts the rod into its longer length.

This design produces an action and balance that is perfect at both lengths.

The blanks are slim, light, exceptionally strong and do not 'lock up'. The action displayed is therefore progressive, very responsive and versatile.

Shakespeare Mach 3 XT     

The complete MACH range of rods was launched back in 2007. Since then they have proved to be extremely successful with great sales and acclaim within the industry.
