Browning has used technology from their match rods to produce a high-modulus carbon blank that has a completely "all-through" action - right through to the butt! 

The rod will not "lock up" even under extreme pressure so can be used with a wide range of line strengths - a truly multipurpose, "do anything" rod. 

Top Section 1 makes the rod a conventional 1 lb test curve Avon rod for fishing with floats or indicators. 

Top Section 2 converts the rod into a medium power quiver tip rod for method and feeder fishing on rivers or lakes.
